Josh & Wendy Roby started their Amway business about 23 years ago as they were launching their engineering careers.  They completed the platinum project in about 4 1/2 years  while working their engineering jobs.  Today, Wendy focuses on homeschooling their four teenage children while Josh works as the Chief Technical Officer for a manufacturing company that he co-founded.

Kaleb grew up in West Africa as a missionary kid, moved back to the States and worked in construction where he started his own business at 21. Now is the production manager for a custom cabinet company. Emily comes from a family of business owners, started her first business at 20, now works part time in health care. Kaleb & Emily have a 6 year old little girl, Hazel, and live in Fort Wayne, IN. They went platinum in 2022, and Q12 this year for the first time!
